Here in the College and Career Room, we are committed to helping our students discover their greatest potential.  Our hope is that our students here at Post Falls will find what gives them purpose as they begin to plan for life after high school.  The College and Career staff are here to answer questions and guide students in the direction they want to go.  Please see list of the different topics we are able to help students with:

Meet the Staff in Room 137 

Mrs. Spencer Newsom

Spencer is the College and Career Mentor at Post Falls High School. As the College Advisor, Spencer helps students with college, military and career exploration.  She helps students in regards to FAFSA, scholarships, standardized testing, and anything college and career related.  Her mission at Post Falls is to see her students thrive and succeed not only during high school but as they seek to plan for life after high school.  Along with with being the college advisor at PFHS she is also the Idaho LAUNCH Ambassador for Region 1. If you need any help with figuring out your future plans, stop by Room 137 today.

Mrs. Elizabeth Jewell

​

Elizabeth is the TRiO E.T.S. Advisor for the students at Post Falls High School. E.T.S. is available to students starting at the middle school level and continues through senior year. Elizabeth advises students with all things related to their college and career plans after leaving high school. Students in the E.T.S program have many opportunities to visit colleges and various industry field trips while in high school to help them with their journey in finding what best fits their dreams. If you are interested in applying to be a part of the E.T.S. program at PFHS, please stop by Room 137 to pick up an application today.
