Local Scholarships

***we recommend all students to complete a FAFSA unless you are attending a trades program or workforce program.

***Paul Mitchell accepts FAFSA.

Colleges use FAFSA to complete a students' financial aid package.
Many scholarships require the FAFSA Summary Page to be turned in with their application.
The Idaho Opportunity Scholarship requires the FAFSA to be completed no later than March 1st.
The North Idaho College Foundation Scholarships require a completed FAFSA.

***please create both parent and student FSA ID (FAFSA accounts) and then continue to "Complete the FAFSA Form"

Idaho LAUNCH - specific to Idaho in-demand careers, Idaho schools/training providers.
- This award is limited in funding and is contingent on amount of students who apply.
Idaho Opportunity Scholarship - FAFSA and Scholarship App must be complete by March 1st, 2024.
Idaho Governor's Cup Academic
Idaho Governor's Cup - CTE
Gear Up Scholarship - specific to students who have previously attended a "gear-up" school. PFHS is not a "gear-up" school.

Graduating senior
Pursuing - college, trade or vocational training (starting directly in the fall after graduation)
Part-time or full-time student

Due Date - April 30th - return to mailing address on application.
